It depends on where you are. All orders are processed in The Netherlands. National orders placed before 22:00h will be delivered the next business day. Europe deliveries will take 2 - 5 business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes, you can return unopened and unused products within 14 days after the delivery date. For further instructions, please consult our Shipping & Returns page.
