We ship on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed before 22:00u will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day. We ship our orders with GLS or PostNL. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking details. 


We hope you love your A/N/G Essential(s) as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return any of all of your products, you have 14 days after the order has been delivered to do so. You can return products that are in unused condition, not damaged or dented and packed in the original packaging. Accompanied by the original invoice. 

Before returning your products, please send us an e-mail at within 14 days after delivery, to inform us which products you would like to return. Please include the following information:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Phone number
  • Reason of return

The shipping risk of the return is for the buyer, so always keep your proof of shipment until you have confirmation of the return.

Refunds for returned products will be made by the same payment method used at the original purchase, within 14 days after receiving the return. When we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation per e-mail.
